Details

On the Disc Label Printing

DVD5 & DVD9 replication include up to a 5 colors screen print on disc. There’s a $20 per color screen charge for replication. See our print specification pdf. For on disc print duplication   rather than replication call us for costs.

Graphic Design

Cost does not include Graphic Design. We offer creative in-house design services. Your total package price can vary depending on how you submit graphic materials.

Yield

Discs shipped can vary +or minus 5% under or over the ordered quantity.  You will only be charged for the actual quantity.

Turnaround

• CD or DVD disc duplication with our in house thermal disc print is 4-5 business days standard.
•  To add custom printed inserts / tray cards and shrinkwrap can make turnaround up to 10 business days.
•  Long run (500+) bulk replicated DVD or CD ( that means no custom packaging )  is 10-12 business days.
•  Long run  (500 +)  replicated DVD or CD with packaging takes 14-18 business days
•  Turn time for posters is 3 days.  • Other poster sizes are available too.
•  Master CD/DVD, 50% deposit, & art files must be submitted before noon for that day to count as day zero.

Rush service is available, ask for a quote! Yes it’s more expensive.
Your master CD,  50% deposit, and art files must be submitted before 1pm for that day to count as day zero.

We use only our approved replicators & subcontractors.

Shipping

We can ship your completed Discs via FedEx 1, 2, or 3 day air or FedX ground services.
We can also deliver your project directly to the central downtown post office.
We are not responsible if a time sensitive shipment is messed up by the shipper. We encourage you to have us insure all shipments against damage. It’s worth it.

Check Disc

Most don’t do this anymore because of the expense. A check disc is run on the DVD press without print. DVD masters usually don’t need this but DLT source can be used as a safety check.
A Check DVD can add 5 working days to your turn time.
Changes to any DVD can result in expensive re mastering fees after the check disc is made.

Packaging

An Amaray style box is the standard case for DVD.
A custom made album can incorporate your artwork. We offer Digipaks and Eco sleeves made from recycled materials, and printed with vegetable based inks. Your DVD can be enclosed with many standard sleeve styles too.
We can do any style of packaging.
Polywrap is typically extra.

There are 3 types of DVD with DVD5 the most common:

DVD5 4.7 GB, Single sided, 1 layer of DATA
DVD9 7.95 GB, Single sided, 2 layers of DATA
DVD10 8.75 GB, Dual sided, 1 layer of DATA per side
Your Master can be on DVD-R, DVD+R, or DLT
