Sometimes you get good service, and sometimes you get great service. The latter is rare. Not only did I get great service from Super D, I felt that the importance of the music to me was clearly understood. This being my second CD with you guys, I was able to shop around and compare costs. When I presented the quotes from other places ( some as far away as Philadelphia), You were able to work with me right down the line to make sure you got my business. I am even on the best days long winded so when all my lyrics wouldn’t fit, Scott readjusted my bill so I got the extra page I needed. Rick did a great job Mastering. The graphics and on disc printing are some of the best I’ve ever seen! I feel like a famous person, and all of you have done a wondrous job for me. Amazing even after my 20th call to ask my millionth question to you, Dan, you always asked if there was anything else. I know you probably get a lot of these letters but here’s one more for your collection. I am extremely pleased that we chose SuperDigital for our mastering & duplication. I couldn’t have wished for a friendlier or more hard working crew. You spent a lot of careful time mastering our CD, did a terrifc job as anyone can tell who has listened to it ( I get compliments all the time) and then came to our release party!
