We can design your CD or DVD package from the ground up. Or help you refine your materials for printing. Graphic Design is perhaps the most complex area of customer interaction due to the immense array of variables involved. Our designer’s aim is to convey your ideas into a competitive & appealing package. We strive to make the process easy for you & encourage your personal involvement in the artistic creation of your project. We’ve designed many great looking projects & would be happy to show you examples of what we can do.
If you supply your own artwork- we can check it for you to make sure it meets our printer specifications.
We highly advise using an experienced designer who has done this type of packaging. You’ll save $ in the long run.

Eco Sensitive Packaging
We can print on 100% Recycled stock with vegetable based ink at no extra charge in most cases. Stop by and see us for lots of examples of the latest options in recycled & alternatives.
Jewelcase
This contains a booklet or card plus back traycard.
We can make multiple page booklets for things like lyrics.
Slimcase
Slim jewel cases are space savers with printed inserts.
DigiPak
DigiPak is printed cardboard with a clear plastic insert tray glued to it. DigiPaks have many options for creative design. And they can be made of Recycled materials at no extra charge.
Card Sleeve
Card Sleeves offer the most options for the way they are cut.
We have unique designs using recycled card stock and full color printing.
Amaray Style DVD Box
Standard DVD box with full color printed inserts.
Bulk Spindle
We can print in any quantity directly on the face of the CD or DVD with our high technology Everest computer printers in photorealistic high resolution COLOR!
Disc Printing
We have 2 new state of the art Rimage dye sub 600 dpi printers. We can print your artwork directly on a DVD or CD in any quantity. We have “on-disc print” templates on our graphic template page for do it yourselfers. Or you can have our pro graphic experts build it for you. Just call us!
Generic Packaging
If you don’t need custom packaging we offer paper sleeves, in white or black, Tyvek sleeves, Vinyl sleeves, plastic clear sleeves, Clamshells, & many other options. You can specify what kind of generic packaging you want with your order.

Graphic Design
Digital graphic design services are $50 an hour.
Call our Mac printing expert Andy to see what he can do for you. He can show you past projects he’s done and give you an estimate on your layout plans. Call him to meet with you anytime from 10am to 5pm.
Or you can prepare your own digital print files and upload them to our ftp site.
Print Proofs
PDF proofs are $10, if proofs are not ordered, you get what you submit. Ask us how to get free PDF proofs!
Barcode
Standard size jewelcases have a printed traycard where you can incorporate the barcode in your layout.
With slim cases there is no tray card so if you need a barcode we recommend stickers for this. Please call for pricing of stickers..
What’s 4/4?
4/4 means color print on exterior and interior panels,
4/0 means color print on exterior panel, and a blank interior panel.
4/4 tray cards are also available, ask for a quote.
Cheaper Printing
Black print on a silver (or white) on-disc printing is cheaper, because the supplies cost us less. ….But, color printing looks so awesome on the disc!
General info
- Some styles of custom printed packaging have a minimum order size.
We can do color printing for standard jewelcase or slimcase booklets in smaller quantities because of new digital printer technology. Runs of 100 200 300 500 1000 are possible.
We recommend you order a color match print proof of the CD label & paper printing so you can see exactly how your project is to be printed. - Please fill out our Order Form - it has important safety checks to read.
- Please also read our Printing Specifications.
- Templates must be put on their own layer so they can be switched on & off or deleted. Don’t embed them in your design.
- For most printing, our printer does “4 color process runs” rather than 2 or 3 spot colors. The 4 color CMYK process blends the primary colors like a color TV thus giving every possible color.
Turnaround
We usually beat these estimates. But sometimes it depends on the Gods. And it depends on what kind of services we are doing for you. Some projects are more complex than others due the nature of DIY manufacturing and all the variables it can bring.
• CD or DVD disc duplication with our in house thermal disc print is 4-5 business days standard.
• To add custom printed inserts / tray cards and shrinkwrap can make turnaround up to 10 business days.
• Long run (500+) bulk replicated DVD or CD ( that means no custom packaging ) is 10-12 business days.
• Long run (500 +) replicated DVD or CD with packaging takes 14-18 business days
• Turn time for posters is 3 days. • Other poster sizes are available too.
• Master CD/DVD, 50% deposit, & art files must be submitted before noon for that day to count as day zero.
Rush
Going all out and you need your CD’s or DVD’s in less than 3 or 4 business days? Rush priority service is available, and yes its more expensive.
Your master CD, 50% deposit, and art files must be submitted before 1pm for that day to count as day zero. We are able to handle logistics of production of disks but need you to remember what the guy said in the book, “Don’t panic”.
